We inform you that the Reception does not carry out night service and it is therefore necessary to check-in within the times indicated above, after which a code for night entry.

In the event of arrival after closing time, please contact us by 18:00 on the day of arrival to pick up the entry code and instructions by phone.

Hotel rules
It is absolutely no smoking in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Furthermore it is not allowed to use the iron on the beds and sofas.
Pets
Pets are always welcome. If possible, we kindly ask you to bring your own kennel with you and not to let the animals get on the bed. In the common areas it is advisable to always keep the animals on a leash to avoid problems with other possible four-legged friends. On the other hand, it is absolutely forbidden to leave the animal unattended in the room. There is an extra cost of € 5.00 per night / room for extra final cleaning.
WI-FI
Wi-Fi free with internet access throughout the hotel.
Parking
Large free parking available to customers (unattended).
Restaurant
Next to the hotel there is the "Spirito" restaurant (separately managed) with a view overview of the pond inhabited by swans and mallards.

Children
Children from 0 to 6 years occupying the same bed as their parents do not pay . Any cot with sides additional from 0 to 3 years has a cost of € 5.00 per night / room including breakfast, while the single bed additionally has a cost of € 20.00 per night / room.
Booking confirmation
To confirm the reservation a credit card is required as a guarantee.
N.B. = For the group reservation a deposit of 50% is required.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation may be canceled up to 24 hours before 14:00 on the day of arrival. Payment of 1 night of stay in case of late cancellation or no show.
N.B. = The cancellation for the group booking is 7 days before the arrival date. Loss of the deposit in case of late cancellation or no show.
